Explanation of Video Files
        MPG video files require an mpeg video player.  There are a lot of video players that will show MPG video including a recent Microsoft Windows Media Player.  If you are unable to play this file, you can download Windows Media Player from Microsoft's web site.

        MOV files are Apple QuickTime Movie files and require Apple QuickTime Player or other software that plays them.  You can download Apple QuickTime Player for free at Apple's Web site.

        The movie files are available in both high quality video which is a larger and more clear picture but takes longer to download.  The lower quality is more fuzzy and a smaller picture, but it will download relatively quickly.
